Hirmer Hospitality is expanding its portfolio to include holiday hotels that meet the following criteria:
- Locations in Germany, Austria, Northern Italy
- Successfully positioned tourist destinations which are well known – Year-round destination or two balanced seasons
- Good accessibility
- Positioning as a “year-round” holiday hote
- 4-star superior or 5-star hotel/resort
- 100 to 160 rooms and suites
- Existing building for conversion as a hotel or resort property
- Takeover of current/existing businesses
- Land
The Hirmer Hospitality is combining two brand pillars, pursuing an expansion strategy and is constantly looking for partners and investors. We look to both purchase and renovate premium hotels, as well as build new hotels at locations that meet the relevant criteria. In addition to the purchase of real estate, management or lease agreements are also possible.
